Hello! I am Poi, the builder here at P.O.I. Building 😁I am a passionate artist and Second Life is my art form. I love building and every build I do is unique! I particularly enjoy the craft of tearing things apart to put them back together in new and (usually) better ways. I have a unique and well-appreciated style that blends many of the best home and garden creators on SL, while being mindful of prims and lag. No two builds of mine are the same, as every scape is made from scratch.I have a particular skillset in building for practical uses such as driving/riding vehicles and pets as well as a giant inventory of flora and fauna ranging from the realistic to otherworldly fantasy.I am also extremely detail-orientated and creative and enjoy crafting locations that tell a story. My builds often feature many hidden footpaths, tiny animals, and secret passageways to overgrown gardens. Policies
These are the following policies that the builder holds right to enforce. I pay my bills and taxes with this work so I do take it seriously and professionally. You are purchasing 10+ years of experience developing pertinent skills and inventory as well as my time.
• Landowners will always have the ability to edit the work I do for them.
• In the event of moving, land owners must give a head's-up and communicate. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged builds but I'll do my best to help. I do keep backups in my own inventory, but these sometimes aren't always complete if there are no-copy items.
• I offer seasonal maintenance at a percentage charge. Seasonal must be scheduled/asked for at least 3 months in advance and will not be done if not asked for.
• I can work with adult NSFW themes, however I myself require respectful professional separation. I am not comfortable with participation or prepositions of sexual themes.
• My signature with information giver must never be removed from a commercial build or hidden from the public. It can be subtle and tasteful. If I learn it has been hidden,
• Customer will provide either requested items or linden dollars to purchase them if I don't already have them.
• Payment will be rendered in full prior to small-projects. For larger projects, payments can be made as work is being completed as discussed between customer and builder. For larger, long-term projects, I charge per hour and track my time. Customer pays processing fees.
• In the event of some sort of interruption to the build that's not my fault and outside of my control, a refund will not be guaranteed.• The builder holds the right to remove their build from hosting any harmful organizations or peoples who single out, incites hatred against, promotes discrimination of, or disparages an individual or group on the basis of their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, neurodiversity status, or other characteristics that are associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization.
To make this clear - YES! I will take my build if I discover that it is willingly hosting racists, transphobes, homophobes, ableists, or any other kind of harmful -ists and -phobes! IDRC! My art is not for hate and your club/community shall not harbor hate in my art!

Basic Pricing
The following table is to give a general idea of the pricing scheme used with P.O.I. construction.Prices vary based on complexity. If you're just wanting a really pretty home in Bellisaria or the mountains and you don't have many requests, that's something I can do easy and fast and I will charge fairly and on the low side (in bold below). Prices increase with complexity and are shown in a reasonable range.This is only a general guide - if you can dream it, I can make it.Rule of thumb -
